At KASACA SPORTS,we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our pickleball paddles. We are confident you will love your new paddle. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Returns & Exchanges: The KASACA SORTS 14-Day Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason—whether you changed your mind or it just wasn't the right fit for your game.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Please note: Paddles that show signs of use (e.g., court scratches, ball marks, dirt, sweat) cannot be accepted for a refund due to hygiene and product integrity reasons. They may be eligible for a warranty claim instead.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for a reason other than a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The fastest way to ensure you get the paddle you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

4. Warranty Claims
Our paddles are covered by a separate 30 days warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your paddle fails under normal play conditions within the warranty period, please contact us for a warranty review and potential replacement. This process is separate from the 30-day return policy.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

6. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
For returns due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
